We hope your plans don't change, but if they do you may wish to know our policy on cancellations:

When we take a booking we require a credit card number or deposit cheque to confirm;
|
|
|
|
Cancellation 7 days ahead incurs no charge;
|
|
|
|
Cancellation within 3 days of booking incurs 50% charge on card if we have refused someone else and do not resell the room;
|
|
|
|
Cancellation within 36 hours incurs full charge if we have refused someone else and do not resell the room.
